The CompanyWe are working with a fast-growing national home care organisation where you will be responsible for driving significant business growth through strategic partnerships.Committed to delivering the highest standard of quality care, our client provides cost-effective Home Care Package (HCP) management that maximizes care hours for their customers.
The RoleAs a successful Business Development Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Create and build relationships with key industry stakeholders
Win partnerships with relevant industry specialists
Work autonomously while aligning closely with business leadership
Provide strategic input to shape the future direction of the company
Location: South Melbourne (Hybrid flexibility can be negotiated)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: $120,000 package + Uncapped Commission

YouAs a successful Business Development Manager, you will offer:

An interest or existing understanding of the home care sector, including key players, regulatory environment and industry trends
Successfully identifying, and negotiating strategic partnerships that have driven business growth
Proven track record of establishing strong B2B relationships
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
