Your new role is just a few clicks away. This is an exciting time for us as we introduce our new Bendigo Bank Broker brand, leveraging the strong brand Bendigo Bank has in market and coinciding with improved product offerings and a new lending platform.
Come and be part of our highly successful Third-Party Banking team representing Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and white-label mortgage propositions for the Bank. You will be part of a team integral to the success of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank; delivering around a third of the Bank's revenue.
You are an experienced Business Development Manager with existing strong broker and aggregator relationships. While your in-depth understanding of residential mortgages and credit policies, and the ability to workshop a deal is a foundation for this role, it is your passion for getting customers into their own home through their mortgage broker and proactive approach to building connections and looking for business that will see you thrive.
You are a great communicator who enjoys presenting with influence to both small and large audiences and a strong collaborator with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. A highly motivated individual, your successful operating rhythm enables you to deliver outstanding results under pressure.
As a BDM in our Third party Distribution team you'll get to: Create and develop strong relationships with mortgage brokers and our aggregator partners to drive growth within our home loan portfolio. Work closely with your brokers to problem solve and create positive outcomes including helping our partners through their complex scenarios.Provide broker education on our products and solutions, niches and how to identify customer needs, including facilitating webinars, attending and presenting at PD days, conferences and other marketing and training opportunities.Be part of a team who collaborate, get along well and are supportive of each other.This is a full-time permanent position, based in Melbourne and involving significant travel.
