$85k base + FMCV + Bonus + Super = $165k OTESymbio Laboratories is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Hunter). This role is Melbourne-based, with some domestic travel required. As part of Symbio's huge growth phase, we're looking for someone who thrives on new business development and wants to be part of something big.You don't need previous experience in our industry – we will train you on everything you need to know. What matters is your willingness to learn, your drive to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and your ability to build strong relationships. This role is all about creating connections, then leveraging those relationships to secure solid meetings and grow your network. You'll need to know how to create value, build rapport, and show clients why you're an essential partner in their success.Symbio will support you fully with ongoing training and professional development to ensure you have everything you need to thrive and make a significant footprint in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and drive new profitable business by making cold calls, visiting prospects, and following up on leads.Create and build relationships, using them to generate further meetings and expand your network.Represent Symbio at trade fairs and industry events, expanding your sales pipeline and attracting new clients.Convert leads and close deals, with a strong focus on new business development rather than account management.Smash your KPIs for lead generation, pipeline building, and client acquisition.Create value, build rapport, and demonstrate your ability to be an invaluable partner to your clients.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.About You:We're looking for a go-getter, someone who is ambitious, motivated, and driven to achieve big results.
