Proven ability in a similar setting is vital to landing this opportunity.
Responsibilities will include: New Business Development and maintenance of new and existing accounts Design and planning new marketing initiatives Proposals / Quotations / Solutions Responding to all sales enquiries Identifying new market opportunities Tenders Implementing sales strategies Weekly Sales reports All things Sales and more... About You You are self-driven and are ready to take ownership and accountability of your portfolio all the while providing exceptional service.
You possess effective problem-solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills are vital as well as a positive attitude and unrelenting drive to succeed.
Understanding the dynamics of selling is what we are searching for!
It would be really advantageous if you came from the building/construction/security industry but is not essential, as well as having contacts in the Owners Corporation Industry, large scale enterprises that require security products.
Knowledge of CRM (Zoho or SimPRO) will also be well regarded.
A generous package is on offer, together with a company car, mobile, and commission (which is negotiable for the ideal candidate)!
