We focus on theindividual, their needs and more broadly on positive impacts in thecommunity During a period of rapid expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager based in NSW or VIC who will be responsible for company growth through identification and conversion of direct sales opportunities within our Business & Industry sector.
The Position In this role, you'll lead efforts to expand our footprint, secure new business, and retain key accounts within the food, venues and hotel services sector.
You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, crafting innovative solutions and delivering results.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Developing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and influencers to grow the business. Developing and qualifying new customer contacts consisting of decision makers and business influencers. Developing relationships with selected prospects to expand on the benefits of our service and product offerings. Leading the full sales process from prospect identification, proposal development, and project costing to closing deals and contract negotiations. Driving new revenue streams and support re-tenders for existing contracts. Working closely with operations to ensure positive client relationships and alignment with their needs. Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling business proposals and marketing strategies. Reporting regularly on sales activity and financial performance. Navigate the sales process through positive relationships with commercial, legal, HR and supply to deliver the most compelling and winning solutions The Person Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the building services or related industry. Strong commercial acumen, account management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. Advanced financial literacy and business acumen. Experience in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality or support services. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
