Your Role: New Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the blue-collar sector, establishing and nurturing client relationships.
Sales Leadership : Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Market Expertise : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, refining strategies to enhance results.
Client Success : Deliver top-tier client support, ensuring recruitment needs are met with high satisfaction.
Team Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
About You: Experience in B2B sales, labour hire recruitment, or a related field.
A strong understanding of the blue-collar recruitment landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented approach with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships.
A self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
