Develop your new client base whilst being mentored and trained by the CEO on the products and services and stay as part of the clients' journey, seeing their transformation.
At Performia, we train and mentor business owners on how to hire the right people and build a productive, safe, and fun team.
We have an exact formula and process we provide companies, starting with our unique Performance Hiring training.
The start of your role will be all about becoming established and getting at least 5 new appointments booked every week.
You will attend these meetings with the CEO, who will run them, allowing you to continue to develop your skills and assist the client on their journey.
In your first year, your role will be 90% new business focused and 10% account management. In your second year, it is likely to be 60% new business focus and 40% account management.
We have a full client services team who also look after clients, so you will never be alone in that. Customer service and helping our clients is our passion. We give them our full, undivided, and unlimited attention. We hold their hands, take them under our wings, and we don't let them go until they're ready to fly solo.
We build long-term relationships. We have many clients who have been with us for over 10 years.
