The RoleJoin their team of 11 sales people across the country to deliver consistent performance results in sales, territory market development and key strategic objectives in the promotion of their product portfolio across Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne, including the Peninsula.
You will be responsible for:
The execution and delivery of a territory business planIdentifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory, whilst developing and maintaining relationshipsMaintain and exceed the sales budget through strategically targeting key customersMonitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques by attending educational workshopsDemonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentationsWork collaboratively to deliver education and support to your clients as requiredLeverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics communityThe Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree required, preference for Science, Nursing or Medical Science3-5 years' experience in B2B medical sales, preferably in aesthetics, plastic surgery or dermatology, with soft goods experienceKnowledge of the aesthetic market is ideal, either through having sold skincare, injectables or capital equipmentMust have a hunter mentality, not afraid to work hard to win business and convert customersCapable of running your territory with reasonable autonomy while also being a team player who collaborates and helps other team membersThe Rewards: Highly competitive base salaryCar allowance and fuelLucrative incentive scheme paid quarterlyOpportunity to run your own territory and be rewarded for your successNext Steps:If you are interested in this great opportunity please submit your application via the link in WORD FORMAT.
