About The Role

We have an exciting full-time, permanent Business Development Lead position available in our Melbourne Road & Work Injuries team. This role will support initiatives that enable our law practices to grow their business and provide legal services to more Australians. You will be highly organised and personable and someone who enjoys an environment where no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on identifying and nurturing new partnership opportunities, particularly in the health and allied health sectors
Drive the implementation of Road and Work team's Business Development strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational goals
Oversee the creation and upkeep of communications materials, including publications, website content, and intranet updates, in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams
Contribute to the planning and execution of Business Development events
Partner with health organisations to explore and develop innovative collaborations that enhance community health outcomes
Provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to Leadership where required

The Experience We Are Looking For

Administration experience
Experience working in the health sector (desirable)
Understanding of business development, sales or marketing principles
Experience working in a high-volume work environment
Demonstrated ability to learn software packages and systems
Ability to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people at different levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attributes
Well-developed communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) in liaising with internal and external clients
Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
