Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative. This role involves inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. Your responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.

- Sales and business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired
