About the Role This role is a customer centric role and requires managing customer enquiries face to face, via email and over the phone. This role produces, sends, tracks, and records notifications, referrals and letters to residents, businesses and community members. In addition, you will generate regular and adhoc reports, process and track requisitions and invoices, book meetings, create agendas and complete minute taking.
About You We are looking for a team player that has a confident and calm approach when dealing with customer enquiries and difficult customers. In addition, you will be successful if you have a high level of experience in accurately and clearly preparing written communications to customers/members of the public. 
In addition, you will also have:
Ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision and be self-motivated. Proven time management and multi-tasking skills with an ability to work in a high volume environment with tight deadlines. Broad range of administration skills and experience. Willingness to learn new skills and participate in business process improvement. Your commencing annual salary will range from $73,527.48 + Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
