Responsibilities: Working with grants administration hubs and granting entities to define, map and validate current business processes and business requirements.Working with and grants end users (grant applicants and recipients) to map and validate their processes and interaction with granting systems.Facilitation of process and requirements workshops with granting staff and grant end users, interviews, surveys, as well as analysis and review of system documentation, process descriptions and task and workflow analysis.Analysis of data on hub processes and operations to determine opportunities for improvement and / or refinement for new approaches.Criteria Experience in business analysis in a range of contexts, including working closely with a stakeholders to map business processes and determine business requirements.Experience in facilitation and workshopping to collect information from stakeholders.Experience in reviewing business processes to determine opportunities for streamlining or improvement.Experience developing business process artefacts.To apply for these interesting Business Analysts contract opportunities please apply or call Matt on (02) ******** .
