Business Analyst (ServiceNow experienced)Australia - VICMelbourne - All locationsNorthern SuburbsAdded Thursday 8th of August 2024 12:06:22 PMOur client, a world leader in their space, is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team.The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for continuously improving the ServiceNow platform, supporting the IT team in their implementation and improvement of the ServiceNow solution. The candidate will focus on understanding business processes and requirements and translate these into optimal solutions on the ServiceNow platform.You Will:Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements of the business stakeholders and translate these into optimal solutions, according to industry best practices and based on detailed knowledge of ServiceNow.Configure the ServiceNow platform to improve and automate business processes.Assist the business with the development of reports and dashboards, including the use of Performance Analytics.Triage and support issues from users on the ServiceNow platform and related applications and modules.Manage 3rd party service provider and maintain ServiceNow environment, including timely patching, cloning, and upgrades.Document workflows, configuration documents, user instructions, and release documentation.Perform and document test scenarios and provide evidence on proper system testing before program or configuration changes are ready for testing by the users and released for production. This includes utilizing ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).Work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to improve company performance.Assist the business applications team with operational support on other related cloud-based applications and integrations.You Will Have:ServiceNow Certifications.Experience with one of the following ServiceNow Modules is a must-have: ITSM, SPM & CSM.Experience with system configuration, scripting, UI/form/view creation.Knowledge of process and data modeling techniques.Capable of translating business needs into concrete technical solutions.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - writing job instructions, system documentation, change requirements, test scenarios, and results for different target groups (IT colleagues, business users, auditors).Nice To Haves:ServiceNow Product Owner.Our client provides an exciting and unique culture where the focus remains on delivering the very best outcomes for their business users.
