My client is a Business & Private company that provides banking services to small to medium businesses and investors through its business banking centres and small business customer hubs.
Your new role
The role will provide strategic business analysis services to Integrated Payroll programs and support functions.
Responsibilities: Work closely with subject matter experts to gain in-depth understanding of the strategy, roadmap, processes, and the context in which the Integrated Payroll program operates.Design and lead collaborative sessions or workshops to understand current state and to design future state requirements on assigned business processes end-to-end.Document processes and work instructions, controls and capabilities required to meet Integrated Payroll program strategic objectives, including addressing operational, financial and technological risks.Require minimal direction, be able to manage their deliverables and think outside the box for solutions.This role will operate with other business analysis resources and is expected to be assigned to a variety of tasks within the Integrated Payroll program and support functions in accordance with the work schedule and priorities.What you'll need to succeed: Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services or banking sectors.Experience with Payroll or SAP system is mandatory.Very strong business analysis skills and ability to distil into clear requirements documentation.Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated and relevant expertise in remediation environments, ideally in remediation.Background and thorough understanding of financial services.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key tools, techniques and concepts behind.What you need to do now:
