Skills and experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the mining industry, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.Expertise in Minestar software, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and applications within mining operations.Demonstrated proficiency in training and change management, with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
