Role Summary:
Responsible for working on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. The Business Analysis function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required.
We are open to both Melbourne and Sydney locations.
What you will do:
1. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.
2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
3. Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas.
4. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas.
5. Conducts preliminary analysis.
6. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management.
Knowledge:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required e.g. Financial Reporting and Fund Accounting.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Experience:
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
Related Industry qualification is preferred.
