About the Role The purpose of the Banker Digital Experience Tribe is to enable our Bankers to deliver great service to customers, through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. Bankers will become advocates of the solutions they use, reflecting the fact that we put our Frontline teams at the center of everything we do.
This opportunity exists within the Retail Banking area supporting a platform used by bankers across ANZ to manage customer relationships and their sales pipeline, whilst ensuring the requirements of our regulators are met. As a Business Analyst (Journey Expert), you will work with multiple business units within Australia Retail and Commercial in a cross-functional team delivering critical changes to the application, improving functionality for our Bankers and enabling an improved service for ANZ customers.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: 12 Months Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity (40 hours/week) What will your day look like? You'll be responsible in the elaboration and articulation of requirements and supporting their delivery by working closely with the various business stakeholders, initiative leads and your squad. You will become the 'go to' person for initiative detail, business and Banker and Customer related information within the squad and will leverage your past experience and skills to get the outcomes required for our high performing team.
Collaborating with stakeholders, operational teams and Technology partners to understand the end-to-end initiative and translating into business requirements for changes to business process, policy and information systems. You will also be involved in risk management, implementation and change management to ensure that implementation is smooth for our Bankers and that initiative objectives are met.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive business analysis experience, working in an Agile-structured technology delivery team or experience in a frontline project or process improvement environment Strong experience in gathering business requirements, designing and documenting processes, as well as Implementation experience Stellar stakeholder management and influencing skills, including facilitating workshops Ability to communicate effectively with good understanding of change management practices Display initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time & priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment, with an ability to effectively prioritise multiple deliverables
