Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst Adelaide Based 6 month contract + extensions  We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in aligning our technology solutions with our business objectives.
Job Overview: As an Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between multiple stakeholders and business units.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize our IT systems and processes to ensure they effectively support our business goals.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and drive the successful implementation of technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:  Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize IT-related requirements and objectives.
Business Process Analysis:  Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend technology solutions.
Solution Design:  Develop detailed functional specifications, process models, and use cases to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions.
Project Coordination:  Work with project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are on schedule.
Testing & Validation:  Participate in testing and validation of IT systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Reporting & Documentation:  Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports on project progress, requirements, and system performance.
Stakeholder Communication:  Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise.
