As part of our Naval Combat Systems group, the Program Headmark Business Analyst will, under direction and with the help of a project lead, execute approved Business Improvement project initiatives, including: Project scope definition and management; Project planning; development of milestones and key deliverables, resource demand and budget; Information and data gathering and analysis; Definition, analysis and improvement of processes; Root cause analysis; Rolling out new processes and initiatives into the NCS business, including change management.
Further, the successful candidate will: Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, safety and duty of care and the quality management system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level or have the ability to gain one.
