About the opportunity: The Business Analyst for RevenueSA will report directly to the Technical Product Owner and is responsible for identifying, documenting, and helping prioritise user requirements and system enhancements related to RevenueSA's business applications.
The Business Analyst role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather detailed information about business needs and translate these into technical specifications.
Additionally, they assist in testing and validating changes, ensuring that updates and fixes align with business requirements.

Experience in business analysis, business process mapping and process improvement Demonstrated experience in business application change control. Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing change control processes. Experience in liaising with a broad range of internal and external customers to deliver the required solution(s). Experience in effectively managing work queues as part of a team in an information technology environment. Experience in relevant modern project delivery training, such as Agile/Scrum.
