About The Role The role of the Business Analyst – HR Systems will be to work with the business (HR, Recruitment and People and Culture) to ascertain their requirements and relate them into terms for the technical and implementation teams to deliver.
Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders within the business to ensure the business objectives are delivered Process mapping against system requirements to develop future processes Understanding and translating business problems and opportunities into business cases Assist the project teams with the development of relevant recommendations Oversee UAT Testing Skills and Experience Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis Proven experience in details Process Mapping As-Is and To-Be using BPMN The ability to develop requirements and functional specification documents Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience of HR systems and an understanding of the HR business process is advantageous How to Apply If this is you, please apply below with your up-to-date CV (in Word format).
