About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical team and our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating those needs into functional requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-based solutions. Your expertise will help drive the implementation of AI technologies that meet our clients' strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives.Perform detailed gap analysis to identify differences between current processes and desired functionalities, and create comprehensive documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, develop process maps and workflow diagrams, and create user stories and use cases to describe user interactions and system functionality.Collaborate with the technical team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor milestones and deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, managing expectations, establishing a feedback loop, and providing training and support to clients on new AI solutions.Develop comprehensive test plans with QA teams, coordinate and participate in various testing phases, track and manage defects, and ensure the final solutions meet all requirements and quality standards.Stay current with the latest AI technologies and industry best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within the organization.Contribute to new innovations by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, staying current with the latest AI technologies and industry trends, and applying this knowledge to develop cutting-edge solutions.About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience in conducting interviews and workshops with clients to gather business requirements.Experience in creating comprehensive documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.Demonstrated ability to develop process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.Experience in developing project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Ability to monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and technical teams.Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a talented and innovative team.Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and their application in the financial sector.Professional development and career growth opportunities.About Xaana.ai:
