About the role We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to work with our multidisciplinary teams, to define, clarify, and drive excellent outcomes for complex business and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires you to: Work with our clients to deliver end-to-end business analysis services for diverse ICT and non-ICT projects, programs and transformation initiatives, in both agile and plan driven delivery environments.
Provide strategic business improvement advice to diverse stakeholders, including executives, business and system owners and project/development teams.
Understand and have experience with requirements management, business process mapping/engineering, current state/future state gap analysis, test management and support to teams delivering project outcomes and products.
Collect and evaluate data to comprehend, identify, analyse, and document trends, performance and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with diverse stakeholders to understand and document their needs.
Possess excellent communication capabilities across written/verbal and presentations/facilitated workshops.
About you We are looking for high performing Business Analysts who bring professionalism, insight, and commitment.
The following criteria are essential to succeed in this role: Experience working with Commonwealth/Federal Government and in large and complex ICT or business transformation environments and/or transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience across requirements management, business process engineering/mapping, gap analysis, data analysis, test management and support for delivery teams.
Ideally 5 or more years experience as a Business Analyst in Australia.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to foster a productive team environment.
Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance and Australian work rights.
The following skills and experience are highly desirable: A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
Previous experience in large scale ERP transformation and/or digital transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience operating in agile and plan driven delivery environments.
Relevant industry certifications and/or memberships relevant to business analysis (i.e.
IIBA CBAP or equivalent certifications).
