Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire and apply extensive knowledge of the business operations and enterprise applications to review and map business processes and elicit business requirements for systems development and enhancement.Demonstratable experience in understanding and leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce.Lead business design activities including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and deliver engaging presentations (including showcases) to communicate ideas and solutions clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding.Analyse, interpret and compose business rules and requirements into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and other technical documents including offering specialist advice in the context of the solution design and business process improvement.Gain and apply an understanding of the broader business context for Services Operations and organisational objectives and alignment with project goals and future project work packages.Ability to capture the holistic picture of all enquiries and complaints workflows across current channels in use by teams.Prepare, document and quality review workflows for new or enhanced systems through conducting robust requirements elicitation, systems investigation, and SME engagement.Advise on methods to improve processes and remove non-value add activities.Minimum RequirementsExperience reviewing and mapping business processes and elicit business requirements for systems development and enhancement.Demonstratable experience in understanding and leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce.Strong ability to lead business design activities to communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding.Excellent presentation, verbal communication, workshop facilitation and writing skills.Experience analysing, interpreting and composing business rules and requirements into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and other technical documents including offering specialist advice in the context of the solution design and business process improvement.Demonstrated ability to advise on methods to improve processes.There is the opportunity to work flexibly, with a hybrid mix of office based and Work from Home.
Successful applicants must be available to work in the Gungahlin ACT office for a minimum of 2 days per week and be able to attend on additional days that may be reasonably required.
