Business Analyst

Davidson are partnering with our well-known client in the Queensland Government sector for a Business Analyst skilled in process improvement, stakeholder management, and data analysis.
This is an initial 6-month Hybrid contract.
The Role You will support the transition of existing processes into new systems, structures, and policies.
Your role will focus on stabilising and optimising business processes across government frameworks, ensuring the seamless integration of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitating business improvement workshops to identify and implement organisational strategies.
Conducting process mapping workshops and data analysis to review current practices.
Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Identifying improvement opportunities and providing high-level advice on process design.
Leading capability building and upskilling others to support long-term improvements.
About You You are an experienced business process improvement professional with a background in government settings, adept at working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Your analytical skills and proactive approach will drive positive outcomes.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in developing business processes and improving organisational capability in government environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly within the Queensland Government.
Expertise in business process mapping and data analysis.
Ability to facilitate workshops and lead change management initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
