Business Analyst (Hr Systems And Data)

Job Summary: As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and improving our clients HR systems and processes. You will work closely with HR teams and other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making and enhance overall HR efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions.

System Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of HR systems, including HRIS and other relevant technologies.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR performance and metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.

Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Pageup).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Self-started who has previous project management skills would be advantageous.
