Job Description Summary This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team. Implementing and testing solutions.
About Your Role: Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements as they relate to Corporate Real Estate technologies.Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Analyzing commercial data such as costs, benefits, utilization, and spend forecasts to develop high-level business cases.Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.Creating functional specifications for solutions. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.About You: At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.BSC or BA degree.Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.Exceptional documentation, process mapping, and capture skills.Strong Excel skills, with experience modelling and analyzing financial data considered highly desirable. A proven ability to apply analytical, critical, and logical thinking modes to make recommendations that solve problems and move the business forward.Great attention to detail. Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle between tasks. Experience in technology and/or Commercial Real Estate desirable.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
