About the Role: This role will carry out administrative duties to support the agency's delivery of service and achievement of goals to clients and other stakeholders.
This includes providing administrative support to the General Manager, Business Managers and the Recruitment team.
Tasks include: Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the local Nursing Agency team.
Complete special projects as required in collaboration with the General Manager and Business Managers.
Manage consultant KPI monitoring and reporting.
Provide administrative service to nurses through payroll processing and addressing nurse queries at recruitment and after registration.
Support the business' Nurse Education commitments by maintaining records on completion of competencies, completing of evaluation feedback and bookings.
Skills & Experience Required: Advanced MS Office skills with proven ability to work within the required deadlines with sound time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible with working hours.
Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to maintain a professional presentation.
Demonstrated effective communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated commitment to quality performance.
