Along with being one of our welcoming faces, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to help support the operation of the care home. Duties Each CSC has their own portfolio of duties. Generally, we have one that focuses on rostering and pay, one on training/compliance/HR, and one on occupancy and residents, and then everyone has reception duties. Below is an example of tasks but you certainly wouldn't be responsible for all of them! Resident Placement-Providing prospective residents and loved ones with a warm, welcoming, and informative introduction to the Care Home by been the key lead in handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.Employee Service-Support and oversee the Care home employee experience, through: Administering rosters, recruitment activities, complete the onboarding and induction of new starters, managing annual and sick leave in the rosters.Concierge / Reception / Admin-Effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function of the Care Home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest of standards.Skills and Experience Patience! Working in a care home is fun and rewarding, we truly love our residents, but it also requires calm and patience, and a sunny disposition.Everyone says they need great communication skills, but diplomacy and a proactive approach is particularly important in this role.
