Key Objectives & Responsibilities : Develop key client relationships and generate leads with the A&D community. Present the brand in a luxury manner to clients. Quote, follow up, and convert sales leads. Manage orders with support from the purchasing and warehouse team. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with logistics for smooth delivery processes. Use Salesforce for admin and tracking. Meet sales budget and KPIs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Attend industry events. What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role? 5-8 years of industry experience. Proven track record in meeting sales targets and budgets. Experience in client presentations and briefs. Passion for design and furniture. Understanding of the luxury and interior design industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Open to learning new skills and adapting to new challenges. Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
