We are seeking an experienced and technically-savvy Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the platform and delivery space for the Squiz Digital Experience Platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the underlying platform of the Squiz DXP, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for the platform and delivery capabilities of the Squiz DXPCollaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across the entire Squiz DXP ecosystemGather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisionsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areaCommunicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budgetManage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyondQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B software or SaaS industryStrong technical background with experience working on developer tools, APIs, or technical integrationsProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical productsExcellent understanding of software development processes and methodologiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teamsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesExperience with agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with digital experience platforms, content management systems, Cloudflare, AWS or related technologies is a plusRequired Skills Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and integration patternsStrategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategiesData-driven decision making: Experience using analytics and user research to inform product decisionsCollaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams and departmentsProblem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex technical and business challengesWho we are: Squiz helps complex, service-led organisations harness the power of digital, improving the services they offer online.
