The Role As our Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our portable building projects. Reporting directly to the owner, you'll work closely with our dedicated sales and administration team, skilled storeman, and reliable tradespeople to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the production and assembly of portable buildings, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Coordinate with the sales and administration team to understand client requirements and align production schedules. Manage inventory and materials in partnership with the storeman to ensure smooth operations. Supervise and support production teams, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, from the owner to team members.
