The enthusiastic and dedicated Beach Sports team is currently recruiting for a Beach Sports Supervisor to join their successful team.
As the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, our safe waters, spectacular marine life, and relaxed island lifestyle are a magnet for yachting, fishing, diving, beach lovers, and water sports enthusiasts from all around the world.

Your Role
As Beach Sports Supervisor, you will help guide and supervise a team of Beach Sports Attendants while also assisting our guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for them.
Assist guests with the use of all beach sports equipment - hobycats, SUPs, kayaks, catamarans, and snorkels Provide instructional lessons for guests with a focus on safety Ensure all supplies are maintained and are in a safe and operable working order Carry out general repairs and maintenance on all equipment Respond to all guest enquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Administrative duties as required About You - You are a waterbaby!
A positive and helpful attitude, with strong leadership skills.
You love the outdoors and are comfortable working outside - rain, hail or shine You have grown up on the water - sailing, surf lifesaving, snorkelling You love customer service and understand risk and risk management You have a manual driver licence (essential) You have your Exemption 38 or Coxswain ticket (essential) You have, or are willing to get, your First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and QLD RSA (essential) Hamilton Island is a beach lover's paradise, whether our guests choose to lay under a palm tree or by the pool with a good book or take part in the array of activities on offer, there is something for everyone, and every age.
