About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join one of our partnering clients in the Electrical Communications division. This role focuses on managing existing client relationships, quoting and overseeing projects (sub-$500k), and coordinating minor fit-out jobs. You'll step into a well-established line of work and contribute to maintaining excellent service delivery for existing buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with existing customers. Quote and manage minor service projects. Coordinate and oversee service projects, working closely with estimators and electricians. Manage handovers and ensure smooth transitions in ongoing projects. Report to the service department and collaborate closely with the team. Balance on-site and remote project oversight as required. About You:
Licensed Electrician with electrical commissioning experience. AV background is essential. 2+ years of experience in project management. Strong team player - we're looking for someone collaborative, not headstrong. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships. WWC (Working with Children) check, police check, and medical self-assessment required. What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $130k + $18k car allowance. Flexible working options (WFH and on-site). Standard hours of 7am-3pm, with flexibility to suit the role's demands.
