About the Role : The team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support their three-person team. In this vital position, you'll help keep the firm's operations running smoothly and support timely completion of key deliverables.
Key Responsibilities : Liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client information Compiling Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and other correspondence Preparing client invoices and month-end reports Issuing company statements and preparing and lodging ASIC forms Providing support to leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division Experience and Skills Required : At least 2 years in an office administration role, ideally within a public practice accounting firm Familiarity with MYOB and Xero is highly preferred Strong multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits : Flexible work options, including up to 2 days of work from home per week!
