Responsibilities Act for NSW Government Departments Provide advice to insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance . Involve in several jurisdictions including the Workers' Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court. Skills & Experience You will be a workers' compensation lawyer at the 2-3 year level who has Defendant workers' compensation experience .
