About this position The City is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join the Building Services team. Based at the City's Civic Centre, this role plays a vital part in ensuring that building applications are managed with precision, efficiency and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include: Assessing applications for accuracy and compliance, reporting on building conditions and providing technical advice to staff and stakeholders. This role also involves delivering prompt, courteous information to the public in person and over the phone.
The salary range will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
