THE ROLE
Due to recent growth, our client is looking for a senior commercial building surveyor to assist in growing the ACT + NSW arm of the business. You will be the state manager and lead a small team. This role can be based from Canberra OR Sydney, as long as you are prepared to travel to inspections. In time, you will have responsibilities around sourcing new work and looking at the development and growth of that business arm, but for the short-medium term, it will be about developing it as a viable business arm.
DUTIES Compliance review of class 2-9 buildings (predominantly class 2) Prepare Building Approvals Inspections Prepare OC Assist in developing systems to comply with BPB and fair trading requirements Assist in developing templates for NSW assessments and approvals ABOUT YOU
