Position Summary This position is based in the Gold Coast.
Office is located in Bundall 4217.
The Building Supervisor objective is to effectively manage all jobs with the provision of exceptional customer service to our customers and clients setting expectations and delivering.
The Building Supervisor is required to complete all associated tasks in the running of jobs effectively through processes that are in place within the Company.
This position will be reporting to the Regional Manager.
Your tasks will include but not limited to: Be a role model for effective and positive leadership which is ethical, and results driven and future orientated.
Completing report and quote for peer review in job management system - Prime Attend site for pre-start meeting.
Review scope in detail with customer and set customer expectations.
ie job timeframes Scheduling work and organizing trades Sending Work Orders and Purchase Orders to contractors and suppliers Ensure constant communication with all parties throughout WIP.
Provide the RC with weekly job updates of jobs that are 'Works in Progress' Complete weekly inspections of WIP jobs.
Ensure weekly progress updates, are entered as notes in Prime and to Insurance Company, including photos saved to job Ensure site inspection of each trades work on completion and prior to next trade.
Attend site of all jobs that are at 'Works in Progress' weekly and complete 'Weekly Site Checklist' and attach to the job in Prime.
Ensure all trades are complying with onsite WHSE & Quality requirements.
Attend site after each trade has completed work to check quality prior to next trade.
Attend site on completion to review all work with customer to ensure satisfaction.
Neat and tidy appearance wearing company uniform at all times, and PPE, particularly appropriate footwear at all times.
Meet KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction About you MUST have previous experience working with insurance repairs Cert IV in Building & Construction or willing to complete Previous experience as a Site Supervisor and/or carpentry background (preferred) A working knowledge of the NCC, QBCC Standards and Tolerances and WH&S (preferred) Ability to work individually and in a team environment Organisational and time management skills Positive and confident attitude with high focus on customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of computer skills including adapting to new programs and Microsoft Office suite Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of finishes from your trade team Requirements QBCC Site Supervisor License (min Building - Low Rise) - desirable, not essential.
