What's on offer? Our Building Estimating department plays a pivotal part in our overall business success. They produce quality, accurate and consistent purchase orders with minimal margin erosion. As the Team Leader, you will drive ETO reduction across the business by working with department leaders to identify root causes and remove the erosion.
You will be responsible for daily operations, best practice delivery, management, and workflow of the Building Estimating Team and will play a key role in enhancing and protecting margins, by providing guidance, training, support, and development.
Responsibilities include: Ensure jobs are scheduled accuratelyReview and implement quality assurance processesEnsure quarterly budgets are met, and workflow bins are at an optimal levelLead root cause initiatives to enhance and protect our marginsManage team member KPI's and performance discussionsDrive positive staff engagementDevelop and implement technical improvementsWhat can you bring? In this role, you will use your excellent understanding of Building methodology and your experience in Estimating system management.
