Bronco Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Builder to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. As a Builder, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Newcastle.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate works on-site, including managing subcontractors and tradespeopleEnsure all work is completed to the required specifications, within budget and on scheduleIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise throughout the projectMaintain records and documentation related to the projectCollaborate with the project management team to address any design or planning concernsEnsure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standardsProvide guidance and support to less experienced members of the construction teamWhat we're looking for Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budgetMust hold a valid driver's license and reliable vehicleMust hold Qualified Supervisors LicenseWhat we offer
