Base + Super + Incentive ProgramExceptional opportunity for a sales-driven Broker Support Specialist looking to join a funky Northern Beaches Brokerage specializing in Commercial Asset Finance. With a strong reputation and a large existing client base, we are looking for someone with a foundation in asset finance and the ambition to move into a Broker role mid-term. Your role initially will be supporting two experienced Brokers and managing deal flow end to end.The RoleWorking closely with the Senior Finance Broker on all financial transactions.Processing loan applications from the submission stage to the settlement within the required timeframe.Liaising via email and phone with our clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, valuers, builders, and other stakeholders.Delivering the highest level of client service and ensuring the best suitable solutions for our clients.Reviewing each loan application to verify that all supporting documents are available, accurate, and completed per requirements.Compiling and uploading information required for loan applications to lender systems for review.The Person:Someone keen to move into a broker role mid to long term.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and strong admin skills.This is a fabulous role for someone at the infancy of their career looking for a long-term career proposition in Finance and wanting to work close to home!
