In this business, you will provide crucial support to their brokers while working closely with a diverse range of clients. You'll play an essential part in adding value throughout the entire client journey, with the opportunity of career progression within the business.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to brokers in managing client accounts.Assist brokers with preparing and submitting home loan applications.Analyse and process financial documents for clients.Liaise with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Manage client files and assist in maintaining workflow for timely processing.Requirements:Experience in banking, broking, or a credit support role would be an advantage.Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good with numbers.Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required.What We Offer:Full training and opportunities for professional development and career growth, including a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Mortgage Broker.Access to training and certifications.Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced brokers within the team.A supportive and collaborative team environment.If you're passionate about finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
