You'll join our team in Brisbane and work with our client on secondment, assisting with a range of matters including:
advising on corporate governance and compliance in connection with all legal and regulatory requirements;reviewing and advising on the company's current policies and procedures and putting in place any necessary changes; working closely with our client's board and committees, preparing board papers, agendas, resolutions, meeting papers and minutes;preparing ASX announcements and ASX reporting documentation;maintaining all statutory records including preparing and lodging documentation with ASIC;advising on a broad range of general commercial and transactional matters, liaising with external counsel when necessary; andmanaging relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.This opportunity is available on either a full-time OR part-time (minimum of 3 days per week) basis.
