To help us achieve our Mission, we are seeking capable and person-centred Therapy Assistants to provide safe and quality care to clients in our state-of-the-art, 128-bed residential aged care facility in Inglewood .
Therapy Assistants work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to actively promote choice, control and quality of life for our clients.

A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or progress towards) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Extensive experience in clients living with Dementia A positive, proactive and a client-focused approach A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old Responsibilities include:
Provision of goal directed therapy programs in accordance with their Care Plan in group or individual settings Provision of recreational based activities to meet the social and emotional needs of clients Contributing to the development of innovative therapy programs to improve the wellbeing of our clients Supporting volunteers to enhance the site therapy program Contributing to site reporting, accreditation standards and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents How to Apply:
