Bridgestone Kidman Park is seeking an exceptional and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Kidman Park, SA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and sales performance. As the Store Manager, you will play a vital part in driving the success of our retail business in the local community.
What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability Coach, train, and develop the store team to enhance their skills and capabilities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the store What we're looking for Experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store profitability Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with inventory management best practices What we offer
