Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a content creator Strong listening, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written) Proficiency in MS Office applications Hands-on experience with content management systems Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces Resourceful, creative, and a team player Required Skill(s): Computer proficiency (Facebook platform and marketing proficiency is a huge advantage) Experience in sales is preferred but not necessary Strong communication skills (effective communication with clients) Must have strong potential in customer service, problem-solving skills, and management skills Competent in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others) Able to help Admin when needed Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Act as a point of contact for customers and handle their inquiries and concerns Assist sales in creating leads and quotes Resolve customer complaints Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service and sales support Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to multi-task, excellent time management, and communication skills Job is not limited to Marketing and Sales; you will also assist Admin if needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
