This role is a 6-month max term contract to support the SCC (WA) Marketing Team.
This role is responsible for supporting the business by developing quality, targeted and on brand content, events and campaigns across all sales and marketing channels resulting in improved sales numbers and brand outcomes.
Working cross functionally within the team you will foster a positive reputation within the business and our clients, ensuring our brand is represented with quality and consistency.

We'll also be asking you to:

Contribute to implementing the organisation's marketing plan.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to brief and create marketing campaigns and promotional materials, across traditional media, inclusive of messaging and design.

Campaign coordination and project management of delivery, optimisation and reporting of campaign performance across Operational business units – Home Care, Residential Care, Mental Health and Community Options, Retirement Living, Health & Wellness and Respite.

Write and design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, event listings, advertising, and event materials to support the sales and business development team, with the support of a graphic designer.

Support HR through the development and execution content, attraction and recruitment campaigns and branded event materials and collateral.

Support sales-focused marketing events by providing targeted advertising, marketing support and branded event collateral.

Liaise with external suppliers such as designers, printers and photographers where required – Writing briefs and managing design and print processes where applicable.

Assist the Senior Manager of Marketing and Media with the execution and implementation of brand campaigns.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role strongly preferred.

Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, or similar.

Basic use of Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)

Professional outlook with excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Proficient use of the English language to write at a commercial level.
