Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing, Communications, and Events Team Leader to join our passionate team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies, manage our communications efforts, and oversee the planning and execution of events that promote our mission and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness and support for Legacy Western Australia. Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging. Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with our mission and engage our supporters. Lead and mentor a team of marketing and events professionals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. Required Skills

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Event Management: Experience of planning and executing successful events. Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
