Tay Medispa is a multi-award-winning clinic located in Perth, offering a wide range of medical aesthetics, beauty treatments, and wellness services. We provide a high-end, personalised experience, focusing on delivering results that help our clients feel and look their best.
Role Overview: As our Marketing Executive , you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across both Face Dr and Tay Medispa. You will assist our Marketing Manager in the role with a view to leading your own marketing initiatives. You will manage social media channels, oversee email marketing, and collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic campaigns that showcase our services.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Face Dr and Tay Medispa Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging and creative content Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, and analysis of performance Optimise and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, sales, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies Coordinate with external agencies and influencers where necessary to amplify our reach Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and partnerships Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the skincare, beauty, or wellness sectors Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC Experience with content creation, both written and visual (Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus) Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysing metrics and campaign performance Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering results A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential Why Join Us?
